Riverbend Privacy Policy

Counselling Policy:

 All prescriptions, refills and over the counter medications will be counselled to you by the pharmacist. This includes obtaining a medical history, and if deemed appropriate the pharmacist will instruct you on how to take your medication, its indication(s), side effects, when to expect results, what to do if you do not get the therapeutic results expected and follow up if necessary.

Delivery Policy;

All prescription medication can be delivered to the patient at no cost to them! Over the counter products can also be delivered to the patient at no cost to them with a prescription or if the purchase is $50 or more.

Return Policy:

All prescriptions are final sale once they leave the store and can not be returned. Over the counter products have a 14 day return policy if they are unused, in their original packaging and with a receipt.
