Mark Saad
Pharmacist
Mark has over 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical care industry. He has worked in a variety of areas including rural pharmacy, long-term care and community pharmacy. His varied experiences working in this industry make him well suited to serve you. Mark strongly believes that patients need to come first. If you have any questions about your medications or general health, Mark will be happy to help.
Paul Botros
Pharmacist
Paul has been working in the pharmaceutical care industry right here in London, ON for five years. He knows the community well, and is excited about serving the newly developing West 5 community and surrounding towns. Paul is a very compassionate and knowledgeable pharmacist who believes in putting patient care first. If you have any questions about your medication management or general health, Paul will be happy to help.
Pharmacy Policies
Refund & Exchange Policy
Prescriptions are nonrefundable once they have left the store. Over the counter products are refundable within 14 days, when they are in their original package and with a reciept.
Counselling Policy
All prescriptions, refills and over the counter products will be counselled to you by the pharmacist. This will include getting a medical history and if deemed fit, your pharmacist will tell you how to take your medication, indication(s), side effects, when to expect results, what to do if no results and follow up if neccessary.
